Control system

Control panel	1. It displays operating status, monitors in real time, and provides fault alarms.
	2.It features automatic shutdown/reverse functions, enabling sector irrigation (optional).
	3.Adjustable speed for the end span of the system.
	4.The enclosure is dustproof and waterproof.
	5. A lightning protection device can be installed if needed.
	6. Pump can be controlled by the control panel.
	7.The cumulative timer can display the total operating time of the system.

Tower box	1. There are three types of tower boxes fixed on span towers, intermediate tower box, stall tower box and end tower box.
	2. The stall tower box can stop the machine in case of tire slippage or any other reason causing the end tower not able to move, preventing overwatering.
	3.Omron micro switch, made in Japan
	4.The isolating switch and contactor have a minimum heating current of 16 amps under a rated voltage of 600V.

Structure

1.Pipeline	Main pipe diameter: Ø219 (±2mm) Ø168 (±2mm), wall thickness 3mm, length 6.706m
2.Truss support	The center tower angle steel is 100x100x10mm; the tower frame angle steel is 100x80x8mm, using 4, double"V" shape truss supports; all truss angle steel is 5x5x4mm or above; the tower leg diagonal braces are 75x75x6mm.
3.Truss tie	Use 45# high-strength round steel with a diameter of 20mm or more, hot forged in one go to avoid cracking.
4.Fastener	Key components of the equipment use GB standard Grade 10.9 high-strength alloy bolts for fastening, while bolts for secondary components are all GB standard Grade 8.8 high-strength bolts. All nuts are metal self-locking nuts.
5.Cross connection	The connections between spans use external A38 aluminum protective covers, which are equipped with internal rubber waterproof gaskets. This design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides dual protection
