The center pivot sprinkler system, also known as the pointer-type sprinkler or electric circular sprinkler, consists of a central tower, a span section (including a sprinkler truss and tower frame), a cantilever arm, and an optional end gun system. The central tower is fixed on a central base, and during operation, the spans rotate around the central tower, irrigating a circular or fan-shaped area. Depending on the size of the irrigated land, the span section of the center pivot sprinkler can be configured as a single span or a combination of multiple spans. Different span sizes, in conjunction with the cantilever pipe, allow for the assembly of machines of various lengths. Each machine can control an area of 8 to 100 hectares, meeting the irrigation needs of different plot sizes. Sprinkler heads can be configured according to local climate conditions and crop requirements, with irrigation intensities ranging from 4mm to 50mm.

3. Corrosion Resistance: All steel components are treated with a hot-dip galvanizing process, with a galvanizing layer thickness of 0.08 mm.

4. Uniform Watering: Standard with NELSON R3000 nozzles, other nozzles can be selected based on planting needs, achieving a watering uniformity of over 95%.

5. Simple and Convenient Structure: The central pivot irrigation system has a straightforward structure, is easy to operate and maintain, and has a high degree of automation with no manual intervention required during operation; one person can control the irrigation of up to 15 machines.

2.Truss Support

The central tower angle steel is 100×100×10 mm; the tower frame angle steel is 100×80×8 mm, with 4 vertical members and double "V" shape truss bracing; all truss angle steel is 5×5×4 mm or above; tower leg diagonal bracing is 75×75×6 mm.

3.Truss bracing

Use 45# high-strength round steel with a diameter of 20mm or more, hot forged in one go to avoid cracking.

4.Fastener

Key components of the equipment use GB standard Grade 10.9 high-strength alloy bolts for fastening, while bolts for secondary components are all GB standard Grade 8.8 high-strength bolts. All nuts are metal self-locking nuts.
5.Cross connection The connections between spans use external A38 aluminum protective covers, which are equipped with internal rubber waterproof gaskets. This design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides dual protection

Control system control cabinet

1. Displays operating status, monitors in real time, and provides fault alarms throughout the entire process.

2.Features automatic shutdown and reverse rotation functions, enabling sector irrigation (optional).
3.Adjustable walking speed for the tail span of the sprinkler.
4.The enclosure has dual dustproof and waterproof functions.
5. A lightning protection device can be installed as needed.
6. The linkage function between the sprinkler system and the water pump can be implemented as needed.
7.The cumulative timer can display the operating time of the sprinkler system.
Tower box 1.The three types of tower boxes together form the control system for the span. The time relay in the terminal tower box can automatically cut off power to stop the machine, preventing accidents caused by tire slippage or obstacles in the tail span or other spans.
2.Omron safety switch (micro switch): has a lifespan of over 5 million operations.

3.The isolating switch and contactor have a minimum heating current of 16 amps under a rated voltage of 600V.
