Product Overview
▂▂▂▂
Mobile Center Pivot Irrigation System is a variation of the center pivot irrigation system. It consists of a movable center tower, a span section (including a spray truss and tower), a cantilever, and a tail gun system (optional). The center tower can be moved and is available in three configurations: sliding track, three-wheel, and four-wheel, allowing it to be relocated for use in different fields. The span travel mechanism is equipped with a specialized gear reducer, and the tires can steer 90°. During irrigation, the tires are parallel to the drive pipe, while during towing, they are perpendicular to it. The span section of the mobile center pivot irrigation system can be configured according to the size of the irrigated land. Different sizes of spans can be combined with cantilever pipes to create machines of any desired length, controlling areas from 9.2 to 50 hectares, thus meeting the irrigation needs of various land sizes. The system can be configured with nozzles based on local climatic conditions and planting requirements, with irrigation intensities ranging from 4 mm to 50 mm.

Product Features
▂▂▂▂
1. Long Service Life: The main structure has a lifespan of over 20 years, providing long-term benefits from a single investment.
2. High Structural Strength: The materials used for the framework are robust (see technical parameters for specifics), with a reasonable design that ensures overall rigidity.
3. Corrosion Resistance: All steel components are treated with hot-dip galvanization, with a galvanization thickness of 0.08 mm.
4. Even Water Distribution: Equipped with standard NELSON R3000 spray heads, with options for additional heads based on planting requirements; water distribution uniformity exceeds 95%.
5. High Automation Level: The irrigation process requires no manual intervention; one person can control the irrigation for 15 machines.
6. High Intensification: The investment cost per unit area is low, and there is no need for land leveling; it can climb slopes of up to 25%.
7. Wide Applicability: Suitable for irrigating all crops grown outdoors, applicable to sandy, loamy, and clayey soils, and usable in both flat and hilly areas.

Cross-body structure |
1.Pipeline |
Main pipe diameter: Ø219 (±2mm), Ø168 (±2mm), wall thickness: 3mm, length: 6.706m. |
2.Truss support |
The central tower's angle steel measures 100x100x10mm; the tower frame's angle steel is 100x80x8mm, utilizing four double "V" shape supports. All truss angle steel is 5x5x4mm or above, and the tower leg cross braces are 75x75x6mm.
3.Truss brace |
All components use high-strength round steel of diameter 20mm or above, made from 45# steel, and are hot forged in a single process to avoid cracking.
4.Fasteners |
The key fastening bolts in the equipment are all high-strength alloy bolts of National Standard Grade 10.9, while the secondary fastening bolts are all high-strength bolts of National Standard Grade 8.8. All nuts are metal self-locking nuts.
5.Cross connection |
The connection between spans uses external A38 aluminum safety covers, which are internally equipped with rubber waterproof sleeves. This design is aesthetically pleasing and provides double protection.
