The canal-Fed Linear Irrigation System consists of a traveling vehicle, span section (including spray truss and tower), cantilever, and an optional tail gun system. It irrigates by drawing water from a connected channel during operation. As the vehicle and spans move in parallel in the same direction, it provides back-and-forth irrigation in the fields. The trajectory is linear, with a rectangular coverage area, making it suitable for long, narrow plots with a length-to-width ratio of 2:1 or greater.

The span section can be configured as a single unit or multiple combinations based on the size of the irrigated land. Different span sizes combined with cantilever pipes allow for machines of any length, with a single machine capable of controlling an area from 9.2 to 100 hectares. Sprinkler heads can be customized according to local climate conditions and planting needs, with irrigation intensity ranging from 4mm to 50mm.

Cross-body structure

1.Pipeline

Main pipe diameter: Ø219 (±2mm), Ø168 (±2mm), wall thickness: 3mm, length: 6.706m.

2.Truss support

The central tower's angle steel measures 100x100x10mm; the tower frame's angle steel is 100x80x8mm, utilizing four double "V" shape supports. All truss angle steel is 5x5x4mm or above, and the tower leg cross braces are 75x75x6mm.

3.Truss brace

All components use high-strength round steel of diameter 20mm or above, made from 45# steel, and are hot forged in a single process to avoid cracking.

4.Fasteners

The key fastening bolts in the equipment are all high-strength alloy bolts of National Standard Grade 10.9, while the secondary fastening bolts are all high-strength bolts of National Standard Grade 8.8. All nuts are metal self-locking nuts.

5.Cross connection

The connection between spans uses external A38 aluminum safety covers, which are internally equipped with rubber waterproof sleeves. This design is aesthetically pleasing and provides double protection.

Control system Main control box

1.Displays operating status, performs real-time monitoring, and provides full-process fault alarms.

2.Features automatic shutdown and reverse rotation functions, enabling sector irrigation (optional).

3.Adjustable walking speed for the rear span of the sprinkler.

4.The box has dual dustproof and waterproof features.

5.A lightning protection device can be installed as needed.

6.The system can be configured for linkage between the sprinkler and the water pump as needed.

7.The cumulative timer displays the operating time of the sprinkler.

Tower box

1.The three types of tower boxes together form the control system for the span. The time relay in the end tower box enables automatic power-off and shutdown functions, preventing accidents caused by tire slippage or obstacles affecting the rear or other spans.

2.Omron safety switch (micro switch): lifespan of over five million operations.

3.The isolation switch and contactor have a minimum heating current of 16 amps at a rated voltage of 600V.
