The JP series reel-type sprinkler is an irrigation machine that winds drag PE hoses on a reel, using spray pressure to drive a water turbine, which then rotates the reel through a speed reduction device. This mechanism automatically moves and sprays the nozzle car. It offers advantages such as easy mobility, simple operation, labor and time savings, high irrigation accuracy, and strong adaptability, effectively providing the moisture crops need to increase yields.
The JP series can irrigate large agricultural areas and is also suitable for applications in power plants, ports, sports fields, and urban green spaces where dust control irrigation is required.
Model description
Main Structure
The JP series reel-type sprinkler primarily consists of the following components: a chassis that can rotate 270°, a support frame, a reel, a dedicated PE hose, a 4-speed multifunctional gearbox, a direct-connected impact water turbine, guiding and speed control devices, a nozzle car, and a matching pump vehicle.
Dedicated PE Hose:
The PE hose features high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance, and outstanding resistance to environmental stress and cracking. With a safety factor, it has a lifespan of over 10 years. One end connects to the reel, while the other connects to the nozzle car.
Water Turbine:
This is a key component of the sprinkler, utilizing Italian technology. It offers strong corrosion resistance and high hydraulic efficiency. The turbine comprises a turbine, an internal speed control valve, a turbine housing, and an inlet. Key components are made of stainless steel. The designed output flow rate is 13-60T/h, with a wide control range, and the impeller speed ranges from 200 to 1000 RPM. By adjusting the valve opening, the water flow entering the turbine can be varied, achieving stepless speed control. The recovery speed can be adjusted from 6 meters per hour to 100 meters per hour, with the inlet water pressure not exceeding 1.1 MPa.
4-Speed Multifunctional Gearbox:
The gearbox features a gear transmission structure that directly transmits power to the reel, allowing for 4-speed shifting. To prevent rapid reverse rotation of the reel when the PE hose is fully retracted, a belt brake device is included.
Guiding and Speed Control Device:
This device consists of a drive system made up of left and right threaded rods and nuts, ensuring the PE hose is neatly arranged during operation.
Nozzle Car:
The nozzle car features two wheels and is equipped with spray nozzles. It is pulled by the PE hose during spraying operations. At the end of each irrigation cycle, the nozzle car automatically lifts to a transport position, and the transmission system shuts off automatically via a connecting rod, stopping the rotation of the reel. When lifted and shut down, the nozzle car is covered by a protective frame, allowing the machine to be moved to the next work site after the operation is completed.
